I don't run one business. I run several, and on paper they don't look like they belong together — a real estate group out in the High Desert, a liquidation operation that buys estates and storage units and pallet freight, and early money in other people's companies. What connects them is the same instinct: seeing what something's actually worth before anyone else bothers to look.

Real estate · Adelanto, California
Real estate agency serving the High Desert.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm · (646) 509-7895
Liquidation · Estates, storage units, pallet returns
An estate gets settled. A storage unit goes unclaimed. A truckload of returns comes off the shelf and nobody wants to sort it. Somebody has to open the door and find out what's actually in there — that's the business. I buy whole lots, and I find the value everyone else walked past.
Buying: estate contents · abandoned storage units · returned goods by the pallet
Investing · Early stage
Early capital in other people's companies, plus the part that isn't money — the phone call, the contact, the second opinion at the moment it's worth something.
Undervalued assets, and people who move. I'd rather look at something messy and real than a polished deck with nothing underneath it. If you've got a property, a lot, a load, or a company that needs capital and a partner who'll actually pick up the phone — that's the conversation I want.
